Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) VIN # Background Help

Hi all I'mm looking to get some service information on a truck that I am looking at. The number is 3B7KF23C02M274095. Anybody out there have a connection that can get the scoop on this?

Can't read it all but here is first seven numerals/letters. Mexico, Dodge, truck, 8-9000 gross weight, cab and chassis w/4x4, 2500, quad cab, next digit should be engine, next digit is check digit, next is model year and I'm reading 99 manual and X was 99, plant locationLargo Alberto, the last 6 digits are build sequence. bg
