The actuator harness/wiring is broken on this so no turbo operation.

Dealer said the part is no longer available stand alone you have to order it with new turbo assembly $$$.

Most used ones come without actuator. Any place do quality actuator rebuilds?

This truck has 201k on original turbo so might swap out turbo if I can find a lower mile take out because haven't tested turbo operation since I got it. Which years are compatible with 2011. Is it the same turbo on all 4th Gen?

This is not the part you want to save money on. It will only come back and bite you. Go to Cummins and buy their recon unit. I️ have had way too many customers cheap out on rebuilt turbos that do not work.

Since my post I have decided to get new or upgraded reman with 63mm compressor. What do you think of 63mm compressor? Is it worthwhile for a stock truck for now that I do plan on deleting and tuning but just not right now.

No point to run a bigger compressor side with the stock restrictive turbine side imho
