    The dash power port is dead, but the fuse is not blown. I don't know if it's related, but the radio only comes on intermittently, but the power port never works.

    Did you change the fuse anyways?
    Sometimes they are blown and you can't visible see it.

    I guess I should have mentioned I already replaced it with another known good fuse.

    Check the key switch and plug in the steering column they are a well documented failure point
