Aftermarket trailer brake controller stopped working.
Checked power and I have none coming from harness under the dash, check all fuses none blown.
I tested other 3 wires (brake pedal signal, ground, trailer brake send) at factory harness and they seem to be working.

Brake controller has been in this pickup since new with no issues.

If I supply 12v from another power source from the pickup the controller works just fine.

Could this be a TIPM issue?

You may want a reseting circuit breaker for the trailer brakes (a safety feature). Also, be sure to check your wiring to see if there is a short to ground that may have caused that fuse to blow.

I did find a short in the wiring back by the trailer plug.
