I 'm trying to remove the left a pillar and cannot seem to come up with the proper tool to do it. Sockets don't work, it's not a screwdriver head, what type of tool is needed? Something special I'd guess. By eyeball and cell phone picture it's nothing I've seen before. Help!

Should be a 10mm bolt head, 2 of them behind the tabs, then 2 clips to hold it to the A pillar that just pull out.

THANKS TO ALL, Yes to 10 mm , except the lower one that at some how became a 8 mm hex head.
