OMG, that must land some kinda' hard.

I was watching the stacks when she touched down.....

Sending this to the boss, it is fair time up here and I want my own FLD to jump...............

Until it bottomed out, I can feel my teeth rattling every time that I watch that landing.

 

and when he did bottom out, he broke/ punctured SOMETHING. notice the liquid on the landing ramp and street. maybe the fuel tank ???? :-laf

 

He pooched the right front steer tire, missed that before......

 

I saw that, also. A looooong time ago I went to big-rig races at Pocono Raceway. It was some really good racing. The big limiting factor was tires, as none of the manufacturers would tool up a dedicated race tire. I am not a big Detroit fan, but the sound of a race-tuned 8V92 is about the most evil thing I have heard.

 

They were moving a trailer with the yard jockey this morning, got kinda' weepy listening to that old 6-71 scream.......
