    I was completely blown away by a text I recieved from my 5 Star Dealer today reference work done on my truck:

    From Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Ram: Your vehicle service video is ready for viewing at http://mycarvid.com/yOdtDma
    Reply "STOP" to opt out.

    This, IMHO, takes customer service to a new high. I posted this under the subject antilock brake problem, but felt this new program deserved it's own subject.
