Wife and I have retired and are thinning the herd. I'm selling the wife's 98 Dodge Cummins 12 valve SLT 1 ton, PRICE IS $8,200.00. No need to say the following to Dodge diesel fans but, the 98 12 valve is the most desirable of this generation Dodge Cummins trucks. It has the newer generation interior with the bone simple/dependable non electronic 12 valve engine....this combination was only available the first half of 1998, then things got complicated and expensive with the change to the 24 valve engine in the last half of 98.

12 valve Cummins regularly go far past half a million miles with no problems. "This one has only 210,000 miles and is in good shape". Has always been an Arkansas truck with Zero rust and no accidents per CarFax (or while we've owned it). It has:

    Cruise Control
    Tilt
    Power Windows and locks
    Club Cab (four doors)
    Cold AC
    3.55 gears
5 Speed (with a Standard Transmission fully splined mainshaft).
    Crossmount tool box
    B&W Pop-Up gooseneck ball
Power Extendable Trailer Tow mirrors (about $400 a few years ago).

This truck is clean and in good condition, we've owned it for the past 11 years and it's primary job has been to pull the wife's horse trailer, a job it does very well. We also used it as a drive-to-work vehicle at times.

However the trucks not new it does have the following minor issues; the drivers side power door lock has just stopped working with the power button (works fine manually (passenger side is good)..... it has a few areas where the silver paint is flaking on the fenders....at times, the fuel gauge will go to empty when below 1/2 tank.

$8,200.00. My bad, I copied and pasted the Craigslist ad that had the price in the title. Thanks for asking!
