It is mechanically very sound and runs great with hand calculated average of 18.1mpg empty at 75mph. It has a non 53 block and has had lots of upgrades including:

I wish I could buy your truck. I need a new rear bumper for mine, though, a 1996. What brand & model is the bumper on yours?

 

The undercarriage is cleaner than my '07. That's a straight truck. Rear discs too.
