This is the first diesel truck I've ever owned and so far I'm really enjoying it. I love the growl of the Cummins engine as it cycling up through the gears. Looking forward to learning about the care and feeding of this beast.

    Congratulations Nice looking rig.

Next step now if you are planning to do your own maintenance stock up on those supplies from the kind and knowledgeable folks a Geno's Garage. n I usually purchase all my consumables right after a service (oil/fuel filters, oil, etc)... That way I am not at the mercy of the dealerships and have the items on hand. I always keep at least one set of filters for every truck... especially after Covid, backorders can be a real pain.

Great looking truck there! Welcome to TDR. Great knowledge from the members who have "been there, done that" experience! Please take the time and fill in truck details in the signature line, it'll help when you ask questions so we'll know what truck and trim level. As @bcbender has suggested, plan ahead with maintenance items that you'll be doing. Also plan on having a set of fuel filters to carry with you on trips for the "what could happen and does" thing that bites you! Ask the questions for issues or where to find items. You might want to look into getting AlfaOBD software for your truck. It'll allow you to read codes, record data and make changes to your truck. It's an Android or Windows based. If you have an Iphone, just get a Samsung tablet for $150's to run it on. A Bluetooth dongle like the MX+ and security bypass cable like this; https://www.kaodtech.com/product-page/security-module-bypass. Software, dongle and cable will set you back around $250. Enjoy that truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
