I saw your pics on the Timbo apps. Doing the same kit on my 04.5. Having a helluva time with removing one of the wires. Got 5 out but cant get #33 on C1. Broken two tools and got a metal tool which didn't work. Got two more red Deutsch tools from Tim B. Having no luck. Any tips?

Are you able to move that wire around (back/forth slightly and twist in its cavity?

I will try that. I hadnt thought of moving the wire itself. I used a metal tool and it skinned the insulation. It was a waste of money getting that tool

Still no luck. I have pulled and twisted but I am worried about breaking the wire.

I’d say you have a hung injector if you claim your DPF is clogged and your engine oil is rising. The CP3 can be leaking internally too.
