Just saw you have a PML pan on your AISIN trans. Did it help at all with getting the rear pan bolts out or temps? TIA.

Is that true you think? could they just have flushed instead of replaced the whole system?

I am now being sued for about 5-7,000 for a new DEF system. When ive been told it couldve been a few hundred to flush.

Is it possible because of the distance and speed the DEF system didnt even turn on?

basically i accidentally squirted about 14 cents worth of diesel in the DEF tank. I then drove back about 2 miles under 35mph to their rental shop. They towed it to their mechanic which he told me it need a whole new DEF system replaced.

      1. Does the DEF system continuously run? If i were to drive the vehicle less than 2 miles at a speed of about 35mph, would the system kick on or does it run all the time?
      2. If I were to accidentally get about .14 cents worth of deisel fuel in the DFE tank (I barely squirted the gas nozzle, then realized it didnt fit), would this require to replace the whole system?

Hey Buddy, maybe you have been asked this previously, if so, I missed your reply, but I see U R running a 4X4. Is there any reason pro or con, why an OTR guy like yourself would need a 4X4? And would there be any MPG numbers available to compare running a 4x4 vs a 4X2 the miles that U run ? Thanks. for your reply.. Olde Bob 18Dodger18
