Bob. Would like an updated manual and list of pids for my 2017. The only pid list is for a 2012. That doesn’t seem right we also need a manual for the touch that discusses the basic vs advanced tuning options

I recently purchased a new PC with Windows 7. I copied the Smarty directory from the old PC. I cannot get the new download to unzip. Do I have to do something different with the Windows 7? Thanks

Need help restoring the ECM software in my 2004.5 2500. Stefano Negrini referred me to you. It seems whe they did the reflash on my truck for the reverse alarm, they uploaded a south american version that is not compatible with smarty. can you help. The vin# is 3D7KU28C24G283578.

Hello Bob, I was told that you are the person to quiz about the capabilities of the Smarty. I am now pretty much sold on getting a Smarty for my 2006 3500. I also would like a scanner that will work on my other vehicle - 2005 BMW X5. Do you know if I can use the Smarty as a scan tool for vehicles other than Chrysler, such as the BMW?

Hi Bob, some of us at TDR are having a discussion about improving 2003-2005 Ram Headlights and we are wondering if you could help to get a question answered by your friend and business associate, Marco. If i remember correctly, he drives a Ram in Italy. We are VERY curious to know if the Headlamps on his truck are different then the ones on our US Rams. Any description (HID module or 9007 bulb) or pic of his headlights would be MUCH appreciated. Indeed, if they are HID modules that meet ECE regs, and they also fit into the US truck OEM location, I think both you and Marco might want to consider expanding your business relationship to export these in pairs for TDR and US Ram owner consumption (for offroad use only, of course.:-laf) Even if you are not interested in doing more import, any help or answer would be much appreciated!!!
